New year, new beginnings! Following 10 years of operations out of Petroleum House in Bentley, we are pleased to announce Genesis Petroleum’s move to our new, independent office space located at Unit 9, 8 Sarich Way.
Located just one street away from our humble beginnings at 8 Brodie Hall Drive, our new home remains within Bentley’s Technology Park, a well-known hub of innovation and enterprise, and a premier location in Perth for technology organisations. Home to more than 100 businesses including technology based industry, research and development, academia and support organizations, Genesis Petroleum is well placed to remain at the forefront of our field, and exploit new opportunities as they arise.
‘Moving to Sarich way has been a big step, the beginning of a new chapter for our company’, said Genesis Petroleum CEO Dr Carlos Damski. ‘Given we achieved so much, created so many memories out of our old office, it was certainly a little emotional moving on. But now that we’re settled in, none of us are looking back!’
With a larger floor plan, more meeting and co-working spaces, and improved staff amenities, the Genesis Petroleum team has begun 2018 more energised than ever to not only match the success of 2017, but also launch a number of new projects throughout the upcoming year. ‘Our industry is fast paced and the needs of our partners and clients are growing all the time. We’re proud to say we’re moving and growing with them, starting our next chapter stronger than ever!’
The company was proud to work with OFIS (Office furniture Innovative Solutions) for the big move, completing a total refit of the new premises in just over two weeks back in December 2017. ‘It was a tight schedule and a lot of hard work by everyone involved, but coming back from the Christmas break to new equipment, to a new office, fresh paint…it was totally worth it, and certainly the right time in our journey as a business.’
Genesis Petroleum Technologies has been in operation since 2005, established as a spin-off from Australia’s national science agency, the CSIRO. The company employs powerful software, analytics and proven methodologies to assist clients in maximizing the value of their drilling operations, working with major Oil & Gas companies around the world.
